Terms of Service

These terms govern cleaning services provided by CM High Performance Cleaning ("we", "us"). By requesting a quote or booking a service you agree to them.
Quotes and scope
Quotes are based on the information you provide and an assessment of the site. If conditions on arrival differ materially from what was described, we will confirm any revised price with you before continuing.
Scheduling and access
You agree to provide safe access to the property, working utilities where required, and notice of any hazards. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
Payment
Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Recurring maintenance programs are billed on the agreed schedule.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will re-perform the affected work at no additional charge.
Liability
We carry liability coverage for our work. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects, or for items not disclosed as fragile or hazardous before service.
